I want a refund

I didn’t do no subscription you guys charged me $11.92 and I don’t buy things off apple so I would like my money back please

There are hordes scammers posing as Apple and other major companies. If you did not buy anything from Apple you need to notify your credit card issuer as soon as possible of potential fraud. They know how to deal with card fraud.


As your card is probably compromised, your bank will likely issue you a new card number, and hopefully delete the charge. The card issuer can reseach your account history; Apple cannot if you did no business with them.


Fraudsters probably obtained your credit card number for another web site with weak security.
