my apple watch needs to update but keeps telling me that my phone is not connected to the wifi when it is and it won’t update

Hello,

I see you are having issues updating your Apple Watch.


Try these solutions:


  1. Hard Reset your iPhone:
  • Press and Quickly release the volume UP button
  • Press and Quickly release the volume DOWN button
  • Press and hold the power button until you see the Apple Logo.


You can also try to reset your Network Settings:


* Reminder: This will not erase any important files, photos, notes, iMessages, or apps/data from your phone *


To do this, Navigate to the Settings App > Click General > Scroll down and click Reset > Click Reset Network Settings > Follow the on screen instructions until completed.
