Shortcut to turning on/off notifications for a single app

I have a question about this new app from Apple where you can build shortcuts. Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off notifications for a single app. Example: I want to turn off/on notifications for whatsapp with a single click. Better even would be if I could combine that with turning on/off my business phone number in settings.

Is this possible with the new app from Apple?
