Citizens One Loan

I paid for my iPhone in full, after my trade in, why am I being billed $12.45 pr month, for a loan with Citizens One Loan?

I have spent hours and hours trying to have someone explain this to me, but no-one knows anything. The bank said: Oh you should call Apple. Apple said: Oh you should call the bank. then the bank said: Oh you should go to the Apple store where you bought the phone.

Thank you for the reply. However, What I am saying is, that I traded in my iphone 10 for the iphone 11, they gave me a trade-in credit of $299.00. I paid the balance in full.

Now I am being charged $12.45 a month for the "loan", which adds up to the $299.00.

So where is my credit? Doesn't seam like a legit business practice.

If this is not the right place, where can I go?
