M1 Mac mini failed to personalize software update.

I was resetting my Mac mini to factory settings. I erased all the disk utility’s, then got ready to reinstall MacOS. It was installing for about 5-10 minutes then this error popped up. I researched and came across the article that shows how to use Apple configurator and Terminal reinstall. I tried both of those and both did not work. I am just stumped and stuck in Recovery mode on my Mac. Can anyone please help, and provide some input. Thanks
