Transferred to new phone, iPhone 11 is asking me to update apple id setting. Once I tap on update apple id settings. I tap on Continue and process never seem to end.
I am in the process of transfer to a new phone. I believe the data has transferred from one phone to another. On the new phone, I need to update the 'Apple ID Setting, but that's where it seems to ends. I enter my Apple ID Password, then sign in. Then the process spin wheel doesn't end the phone falls asleep. When returning to the same screen. The process has stopped and you can not navigate from this screen. You have to close the setting app. Please help.
