Availability of apps in my country

This is a user-to-user forum, we are volunteers and do not work for Apple.

Apple does not control updates for third-party apps, you should contact Playstation's App team directly to send them feedback that you would like an updated version of their app.

Individual developers or companies decide what countries their own products will be distributed in. Apple has no say in that nor any control over that.
