Hi, my new ipad pro 11 whoch i bought less than a month ago seems to have a problem with the display. It has happened twice, the screen feels likes its giving a shadow image. See pic below and please suggest should i claim it in warranty or try a complete reset and restore.

We see that your display intermittently appears distorted. Is there a case and/screen protector. If so, remove it to ensure it isn't causing any type of interference. Also, make sure that the software version is up-to-date. The latest version is iPadOS 14.6.
