iphone8 not leaving e-mail on server

Just updated iphone8 with iOS 14.6 and e-mail is receiving on phone but not on my pc (using Outlook).

yes, using IMAP.

Outlook on pc only receives e-mail upon re-boot.

any ideas?

Your windows PC? if so ask Microsoft.
