Can you transfer data if you didn’t in the quick start?

You will need to restore your device to factory settings, then you will get the option to set up with Quick Start or from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

If you have a backup, iCloud or computer, of the old phone simply restore that. You "old" data will all transfer. See below.
