Who at Apple oversees the Apple Music app for macOS, not the Apple Music subscription service

I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the Apple Music app for macOS, especially in regards to having and managing a large library of songs and many playlists both regular and smart. Feel like using the Product Feedback for Apple Music is a waste of time. Seems more geared towards the Apple Music subscription service.

Would like to write a letter to Apple with some real chance the person who should read it will actually get it. Any suggestions on name and address to use?
