Can’t setup visual voicemail on iPhone SE

Moved from android(VzW) to IPhone SE(Xfinity) and there’s no way to setup visual voice mail. After 70+ min with numerous support staff they recommended a factory reset. The phone is brand new! So xfinity threw it over the fence. Anyone have a solution? I already tried network reset, software updates, etc

Visual Voicemail I have an iPhone13 Pro Max - IOS is current, but visual voicemail not working. My husband and I both got new phones at the same time, and his works perfectly - so it's not our carrier. I have tried everything I can find to try online, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Visual Voicemail is a carrier provided feature. You need to get your carrier to help you set it up. if they offer that service.
