Apple Watch

Okay so I went to update my Apple Watch to the latest update and all was going good until a screen popped up on my iPhone telling me to unpair my watch and then repair it to my iPhone again. So I tapped unpair and then my Apple Watch started taking forever to update. And then it just stopped, frozen on a screen that said to contact apple help. I’ve tried the turning it off and back on again but that didn’t work. Any ideas on how to fix this??
