It should add itself when you sign in to the Tv App on them with your Apple ID.
i’ve got both my Samsung TVs added to my devices.

i’ve got both my Samsung TVs added to my devices.
The TV itself doesn't get added, it's only if one has an Apple TV box that the device will appear once signed in with Apple ID.
