There is no option to recalibrate the Battery Health on an iPhone SE 2020. And an 8% reduction in Battery Health in 8 months is not unusual. Your battery health will continue to decline, little by little every time you fully charge the battery. That is normal for batteries which are consumable parts, which will eventually need to be replaced. Just like you have to replace batteries in a flash light.
