My ADT app connects on my iPhone and iPad, but does not connect on Apple Watch. I have deleted app and reinstalled it. Sometimes when I use the iPhone ADT app, the app on the Apple Watch appears connected but it does not last. All the settings are correct.

Try disabling the cellular on the watch. That forces it to connect directly with the phone.
When you say worked on the watch do you mean independent of your phone? Could you use ADT Pulse on your watch when your phone was off or out of range? I’ve never had that work for me. It ALWAYS has to sync with iPhone.
I’m having the same issues as well. The ADT app worked fine on my watch until I installed one of the updates probably 6 months ago or so. The only way it works is if I have it open on my phone, then it will connect. I don’t see the point of having it on the watch if I have to use my phone in order for it to launch.
That is a ridiculous response. The app does not work on the watch and needs to be repaired AND/ORApple needs to work on their api’s so those of us who paid for this thing with cellular get what we expected: functionality.

Troubleshooting is a process, sometimes a painstaking one. Jumping to a conclusion about what the cause of the problem is is almost invariably counterproductive.
It is not a consumers responsibility to trouble shoot endlessly. At a point the hardware and/or software engineers need to recognize that their product is not as intuitive or feature rich or portable as the intended.

What did ADT tell you when you told them the app didn't work?
This thread is about the ADT Pukse app NOT working on the watch independent of the phone. What is the point of an app running on the watch IF it requires connecting to your phone? I suspect it is both an Apple API issue and an ADT developer issue. Was the Pulse app ever intended to run independently of the watch?
What has me puzzled is when I got the Apple Watch over a year ago the ADT app worked correctly every time. All the other apps on the watch work correctly. I noticed the on and off situation after I did an update on both my iPhone and my Apple Watch the same morning. That was a few updates ago. Apple told me that the updates had nothing to do with it.
I was having the same problem. Now with the latest update, the Apple Watch Pulse app will ask for the password every time I go to use it. It won't accept the password and gets stuck on the request screen. I have removed and reinstalled the app on the watch and it will work one time and then not again.
The ADT pulse app works on my iPhone and my iPad. On the Apple Watch I get the message it is loading but it does not load.
I’m afraid I am not finding anything on that suggested site about Apple watch usage. Can you direct me to specifics?
Sometimes it works on Apple Watch and sometimes it doesn’t. It is an off and on situation. I have done everything that Apple and ADT suggested. I have disabled the cellular on the watch.
Sync with phone. Sometimes i get message “loading” but it does not load. Other times it does.
Same exact problem for me! So frustrating!! I believe it is an app issue. My watch an iPhone works perfectly for all other applications.
