Bluetooth camera buttons
My iPhone 11 Pro won’t pick up the Bluetooth camera button. It would connect to my iPhone X. Do you think my button thing might be to old to connect to my 11?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that your iPhone 11 Pro will not pick up your Bluetooth camera button and we’d be happy to help! Make sure that the Bluetooth camera button is turned on. Look for a turn on switch on the right side of the Bluetooth camera button, a blue light should turn on. If your iPhone still doesn’t pick up the Bluetooth camera button, then follow the steps in the Apple Support article If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
