iPhone 6

old iPhone 6 is signed into the cloud - how can I sign out of the cloud without it affecting new iPhone 11 info such as photos & notes? The phones seem to be mirroring each other currently

If you already transfered everything to your new device, and you don't want to use the old 6 anylonger, perform this procedure:--> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices then what you add or delete on one is reflected on the other device too.

But if you sign out on one device then there is no impact on the other device.
