I bought new iPad mini 5 on 3 rd June 2021 but today on high brightness I have noticed some bleed on my display

You have 14 days, from initial purchase, to return or exchange ANY Apple made device or product for any reason.

Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your new Apple iPad replaced with another new device.
