iPhone 11 iOS 14 can you screen record with 1080p resolution?

Hello!

I wanted to screen record at 1080p with my iPhone and upload it on YouTube. I found that I need to change this under the settings > camera > record video and change this to 1080p. However, this option doesn’t seem to affect screen recordings, as I checked the resolution and it was only 828x1792. So when I upload it on YouTube, the resolution available was only until 720p. Is there anyway for me to screen record with 1080p quality?
