why does Apple Music keep deleting my songs that i have already downloaded to listen offline when my “Optimize Storage” in the music setting is Off, this occurrence has been happening since, every time they remove some of the downloaded music, I will download it back again.. and it has been repeating itself almost everyday, I’m tired of this!
my iPhone 6 is updated to the latest software and I’ve downloaded those songs over and over again, i used my cellular data one time and when they removed it the next day, i used wifi to download and they removed some songs again and I’m sure these songs completely downloaded, They remove the songs randomly because I don’t actually see a pattern, I’m seriously tired, pls i need answers

Looks like you are having some trouble with music being removed from your device when you have disabled Optimize Storage for Apple Music. We can definitely see how that would be an issue and want to help! Since this is a setting for a default app of the device that seems to not be working, we recommend updating the device to start: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
How much storage space do you have? How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
From the screenshots, your cellular connection is poor, did you confirm the downloads complete?
Does the same thing occur if you stay connected to Wi-Fi?
Also, does this happen with the same songs or is it random?

and I just downloaded some songs yesterday night and it got removed overnight, it doesn’t even take days again now it’s hours, what’s happening???
