I renewed my HBO max subscription, but it didn’t let me choose what card to use on my apple wallet. I have money on my cards I just want to know what card was used to pay for this subscription.

Any Balance in your Account?:
If you have credit in your account, then note that it will be taken out of that first. Once no credit remains, it comes out of your method of payment (the card you use). So, to check your balance...
Use a Computer:
Consider using a computer to troubleshoot this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
