stuck on the “software update completed” notification each time I restart my phone

so since I updated to iOS 14.6 I been getting the notification of “software update completed” each time I restart my phone and open it again or when it dies I tried mostly every advice that I have seen on google but yet nothing works I also can’t seem to find someone who has the same problem as me. when my phone dies and I open it again I see the “hello” screen then it goes to “software update completed” and then “choose a network” I’ve been having this problem for over a month and I’m really losing my mind. (Not my photo btw, but it’s exactly the screen I see)
