Notes file disappeared

Hi everyone I am not that technical savvy so please bare that in mind if you can help? Mine is simple enough I had a specific file in notes on my devices (created on my Iphone). I just went to check some important info and everything is gone for that one folder/file. I tried reboot and everything else, I only created that specific folder a few weeks back to store all my emergency notes, so it's quite important to me. I really don't know where to start? Any help much appreciated :-)

Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use the Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.

Thanks for that SravanKrA, I did try and look and I only have 2 notes which are old from 2016 in the ICloud notes section and no access to any recently deleted options in any folders. I do have 21 notes in Outlook and again no recently deleted option (which I know is wrong). Finally 0 notes On my phone.

Appreciate the help, unfortunately it's still a mystery as to where they have disappeared to?
