I have a problem with my lyrics displaying right. So can I delete then reload iTunes on my iPhone to try to fix the problem?

You have iOS 14 installed your iPhone. The app that you are using is the Music app and not iTunes. If you want to try fix the lyrics display and want to delete and reinstall the app, then it is the Music app. You have the ability to delete the Music app and then download and install it again from the App Store app.
