Microphone in Siri or massages doesn't work!

Hey everyone, hope you having a great day!

It's been a while that my mic doesn't work properly in Apple-related apps, such as imassage or in Siri, it's working completely properly while calling or speaking to anyone else, or in social media like WA or Telegram . . .

When I wanna speak to Siri, it's like there are so many loud noises & Siri can't detect my voice, even when I'm tryin' to set up "Hey Siri"!

Idk what is going on, but I guess it's because of the software, the hardware is completely ok;

Does anyone have the same issue? what solution worked for you?!

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Hello there Devil_The_kind, I hope you have a great day too. Have you tried to update to the latest iOS? If you can try to reset "Hey Siri" and do the process again. If it still didn't work talk to an Apple advisor or go to your local Apple reseller. The reason why other apps mic work is because the iPhone 7 Plus has 4 microphones. Thank you for Ur reply, yes I updated to the last IOS, this problem happened to me like 1-2 years ago, I've been updating my phone every time an update arrived & even after, had the same issue . . .

Seems there is no answer to this, cause I'm living in a country that there is no Apple reseller, sadly .)

I didn't reset my phone yet, it's not an issue that makes me do the reset, just sayin' that it's annoying!! not being able to send a voice in imassage, well . . . !

Duo to Ur last sentences, you're telling me that it might be because of one or two microphones? Do you mean hardware problem?

& I must say that when I'm using headphones or handsfree, the problem is gone! It's just when I'm using the iPhone mic;

I'm using an iPhone 7 plus btw.

From my guess, it is a hardware issue. All iPhone 7 Plus has 4 microphones.
