Restart iPhone

My iPhone 12 mini has been working kinda weird lately. It does not want to restart and sometime it freezes where i can’t do anything but click the off button and hope it works. I also have some other issues and i just think it’s way too soon because i’m not even done paying off this iPhone. i can’t afford it to collapse on me. Can you please help me?

Do you have enough free space on your iPhone 12 Mini? Open Settings ➔ General ➔ iPhone Storage: Here, at the top you will see how much space has been used out of the available space. Ensure that you have at least 6GB+ in available free space.

If you have enough free space then Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

The issue that you are having is not due to space available on iCloud or not being able to conduct backups. You can always backup your iPhone to a computer at home.
