Overheating

my MacBook Air 2020 is overheating.it’s heat like I make some food on that. I didn’t study because my laptop heat and it’s battery is only running 3-4 hours . This is the feature we can expect with a trillion dollar company.I chat with online customer support but they didn’t understand it’s not software problem it’s hardware problem. After lockdown I loose my 6 month in home during warranty period.

I am very sad about Apple service and actions to this problem.?
