how can i connect my earphones/microphone to my new iphone which has no socket

I have just bought a new SE2020 iPhone and find there is no socket for my apple earphone and mic. How can I connect?

There are earphones with Lightning connectors or you can buy a Lightening male to 3.5mm jack female adapter, preferably from Apple store or Apple.com

Thank you LD150. I will follow up your suggestion. I still think it is a liberty of apple to make such a radical change in design. On the other hand, the phone is good.
