How to make a new icloud e-mail and associate it with existing account

Hello,

I currently have a apple id account using and iCloud e-mail. I want to make a new iCloud e-mail and associate it with my existing apple id account. So my goal is to;

1. make a new iCloud e-mail
2. Add the new iCloud e-mail to my current apple id
3. add my old e-mail to the apple id so I can monitor the inbox
4. not loose any of my files stored in iCloud
5. eventually delete my old iCloud e-mail.

The reason I want to do this is because some random website got a hold of my e-mail and I get a ton of spam e-mail. Even though I have deleted and unsubscribed to many of them, the website continually shares my e-mail with spammers. With my new e-mail I intend to use alias e-mail so that this does not happen again.

Please don't reply and tell me to search the forum for similar questions. These responses are at the peak of mount annoying.
