Hi need your help I can’t add in my posb passion card to Apple Pay

Follow the steps in the sections, "Make sure that you can add a card" and "Try to add a card"  in If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay. This link will guide you through troubleshooting not being able to add the updated card. 

If you're still having trouble adding the card, get in touch with your bank or card issuer for assistance. As a heads up, for some card issuers, to add a card to Wallet, you may need to download an app from your bank or card issuer. 

If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know which steps from the above resources you had a chance to try.

Were you able to reach out to your bank or card issuer to makes sure that they are a participant with Apple Pay? If you have contacted them and they are a participant, have you tried restarting your device and connecting to another Wi-Fi network while trying to add the card?
