Apple refuses to contact me
Anyone else have an issue where contacting Apple Support is not possible. I tried to calling, no good try starting a chat but it’s completely automated and is no help at all. Tried setting up a scheduled call but won’t allow me to choose the times. Why is it so hard to get help from a company I have spent thousands of dollars on? Really starting to hate Apple now.
my problem is they are now charging my card for things I have no idea what they are, are they really resorting to just dipping their hands in my wallet now?!
