We understand that messages on your iPhone are showing as "Not Delivered." To clarify, is this happening with iMessage (blue bubbles), SMS (green bubbles), or both? Also, is this happening when you have good Wi-Fi or cellular strength? Your answers can help us determine possible next steps.
