I reset my computer but is still showing folder with question mark
have a folder with a question mark, I followed the instructions given but I still have a Folder with a question mark.

That is resetting the NVRAM, please carefully read: If your Mac doesn't start up all the way. If it still will not start after doing everything in the advice letter then your next step is making an appointment at your local Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you don't know of any please click Apple Authorized Service Provider Locator (AASP) & Genius Appointment to begin finding one in your general area.

i did the NVRAM reset but then it told me to either install macOS or eestore from time machine but when i saw i want to install it keeps giving me this what do i do now???? it was working fine an hour ago and this all happened so suddenly
What steps did you follow? Do you have a backup of your data? If so, what kind?
