I reset my computer but is still showing folder with question mark

have a folder with a question mark, I followed the instructions given but I still have a Folder with a question mark.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14

That is resetting the NVRAM, please carefully read: If your Mac doesn't start up all the way. If it still will not start after doing everything in the advice letter then your next step is making an appointment at your local Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you don't know of any please click Apple Authorized Service Provider Locator (AASP) & Genius Appointment to begin finding one in your general area.
