Resetting and erasing iPhone remotely

Hi,

I loan my old iPhone X to a house guest for a few months. She returned the phone and is now back in her country, but she forgot to log out of her Apple ID. I contacted her, and she said she disconnected the phone from her iCloud. However, her Apple ID still appears on my old iPhone. Is there anything else we can do besides me asking her for her Apple ID password?
