Iphone 4s Icloud

i have an old iphone4s that I lnt to a friend. We had a falling out and she returned the phone to me without deactivating her cloud ID. I cant get in contact with her for her password and would like to get this unlocked. Ive tried erasing it, but that still ask for the ID. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid the only way to remove her account details from the device would be to have her login with her Apple ID & password.
