How to delete folder in mail app

If you highlight a Mailbox, look under Mail's Mailbox menu item for Delete Mailbox.

I greyed out then you can only delete it on the Server.

While in Apple Mail is there a listing called " Local " ?? If Yes - Right Click and pop-up Menu appears and should list actions that can be performed - including Delete.

As @BDQua has suggested and should work !
