Hello! I’m sorry to hear this. Could I please confirm it has worked before and you are in an eligible country - see the image attached. If this is all true, try restarting your watch and paired iPhone. Please clarify what is happening: Is the app not showing up? Is the app unresponsive? Is the reading inaccurate? What happens when to try to run an ECG?
