Howdy,


Your device details say you have an iPhone 6 with iOS 12.


From iOS 13 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices

you need at least and iPhone 6s to upgrade to iOS 13.


If you can't upgrade your iPhone, please see if there is a similar App that will work for you.
