Hi atamton,

Thanks for posting your issue here! We'd be glad to help check this out with you. If we're understanding correctly, it seems that your windows have started to minimize after pressing the Shift key on your third-party keyboard. Could you tell us how you attempted to restore your keyboard? Do you happen to have another keyboard that you could connect to your Mac to isolate the issue further?

Cheers.

Hi atamton,

Thanks for the additional information! You mentioned previously that you had attempted to restore your keyboard. Did you do this by going into your System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Restore Defaults?

If you don't have another keyboard, let's see if we can test the issue in a new user instead. To create a new user, follow the steps in Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac. Once the user has been created, you'll want to log into it and see if the Shift key behaves in the same manner.

Let us know how this works out for you. Cheers!
