Is there any way I can use iCloud on Windows 10 without having to pre-setup iCloud on any Apple device?
[Because every time I try to login to iCloud app for Windows 10 it asks me to set up iCloud on iPhone or iPad before setting it up on my Windows 10 PC. I currently do not own an iPhone or an iPad.]
