I try to restore my iphone 8 but finally it writes that there is mistake, i got it to repair to specialist and he says, then i arese it all functions on phone, maybe also aresed IMEI on phone and it needs to change mainboard. how do you think is it true?

If you have Apple service in yhe country they will replace the phone for the “other damage” price.
If no apple mail-in service in Georgia then you may find a friendly non-Apple repair man in the town but they use fake or used parts .
