I cannot delete a picture message in Messages, if the picture has a tap-back on it.

Environment: MacOS 11.4, Messages application.

I am trying to clean up space by removing pictures and movies that have been included in messages. I can do this just fine, so long as the picture does not have a tap-back on it (i.e., from another person in a group message). If there is a tap-back, the picture is not deleted. No error message or anything when the deletion is attempted -- it just does not delete the picture.

IMHO this is a BUG because it prevents me from deleting pictures on my own device. iOS behaves better, allowing you to delete the picture/movie even if it has a tapback on it.
