My Apple watch just started disconnecting from my iPhone when I leave my home. I have tried everything. It's not on Airplane mode, Bluetooth is on. I shut the phone and watch off and turned them back on. Cellular data is on. What next?

The first (and simplest) thing to try (which I believe you already have) if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Thank you! I did have to unpair and pair my watch again. I guess my daughter had to do the same thing after her last software update. And you are correct, there was no loss of data!
