We also see that you already checked out the Apple Support article If your built-in camera isn’t working on your Mac which can be helpful in this situation. Did you follow all the steps in the article, including the step that said to Update your software? Updating the software can help us rule out potential software problems. Make sure that the software on your MacBook Pro has been updated to the latest supported version macOS 11.4, make a back up your MacBook Pro first before updating it.
How to update the software on your Mac
If your Mac software is updated and your camera still doesn’t work in Zoom, then Take a photo or record a video in Photo Booth on Mac to test if the camera works in Photo Booth. If your camera works in Photo Booth, then check Zoom for updates, see Downloading the latest Zoom update – Zoom Help Center.
