can I get a new pair ? Of this generation. Someone in my job stoled my left side of the air pod case . I love my AirPods because it gets my day going by fast. I’m really upset because I tried to track it down and it doesn’t show what exact place it’s showing. It’s only showing a location and the job where I work it’s so big . Please contact me as soon as possible .

You can find the last known location of your Airpods using Find My, however, it will not update until it connects to your device. Sadly, this won't show you where in your work building, the Airpod is actually located, just the fact it is located within the building. Apple does sell replacements, where you can pay to replace one individual Airpod and you can look into it here AirPods Repair – Official Apple Support

People who steal things not belonging to them are horrible humans for sure. When you ask can you get a new pair, if you are asking if Apple will just give you a new pair, the answer would be no. You can certainly contact your insurance company to see if theft of products may be covered by them, but Apple won't replace your stolen item for free.
You should file a report with you local police. Perhaps your employer has video surveillance and there may a recording of someone taking your Airpods?
