iPad not charging

umm soo my ipad went dead the other day & i tried all type of chargers and its still not charging. i checked to see if the charger was broke & it isnt ..its also a apple charger. after a few days of it being completely dead, i ordered another charger and it came ..i dont think it was made from apple but i tried to charge my ipad and its still not turning on😔. i tried moving it around, powering it on but its completely dead . i dont know what to do..like is it my ipad or something? can anyone please help me..

Try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.


If your iPad is a 2014 iPad Air 2, that iPad is nearly 7-years old now.

It is entirely possible that the internal, rechargeable battery has failed/died and your iPad maybe dead.


I strongly suggest you search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented to you.


OR, failing that,


Contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.


Use the Hardware Repair and Battery & Charging support categories.


OR


by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.
