I updated my iPhone SE 2020 to IOS 14.6 and now none of my apps will open. What should I do now?

Force restart iPhone SE
Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
See whether this action helps to get the iPhone in working order again.
