thats why I was posting here. I have tried
- reset watch
- reset phone
- removing device from bluetooth on both
- hard reset on both units phone and watch
- deleted polar apps both beat and flow
- reinstalled apps
- made sure to crossreference updates on all devices both for apps/phone/watch/beat/flow/polar h10
- new battery
- cleaned all strap, device and reset PH10
- tried with other apps
My Observations so far are that when I am in workout and connected to the polar h10 the AW HRM overides the bluetooth PH10 but light is dimmer giving inaccurate readings even from the watch
Soon as I disconnect the PH10 and forget it from BT the watch reads properly
Conclusion is I am very frustrated at this point. am ready to dump the watch and get the polar unit fitness ecosystem.
Any Help??
